Right to Know What We Hold

You have the right to request a full copy of the personal data helpswin holds about you — your identity records, transaction history, gaming data, and communications. helpswin will respond within 30 calendar days. Simply contact the Data Protection Officer via live chat or email.

Right to Correct Your Data

If any of the personal data helpswin holds about you is wrong — a misspelled name, an outdated address, an incorrect mobile number — you have the right to request correction. For identity data, you'll need to resubmit relevant KYC documents, but the process is straightforward through helpswin support.

Right to Request Deletion

You may ask helpswin to delete your personal data when it's no longer needed — for example, after closing your account. Note that legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AMLC regulations mean some financial and identity records must be retained for a minimum of five years regardless of your request.

Right to Object to Marketing

helpswin will only send you promotional SMS or email communications with your explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time — just contact helpswin support and your marketing preferences will be updated within 24 hours. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the platform.

Right to Data Portability

Where technically feasible, you may request that helpswin provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) — so you can take it with you if you decide to move to another platform. This right applies to data you actively provided to helpswin, not data generated automatically.

Right to Complain to the NPC

If you believe helpswin has mishandled your personal data and our internal resolution process hasn't satisfied your concern, you have the right to escalate to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent government body that enforces RA 10173 and can investigate complaints against any data controller operating in the Philippines.
