1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "helpswin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the helpswin platform accessible at helpswin.app.
• "Platform" refers to the helpswin website, mobile browser application, and all associated gaming services, including slots, WL Live, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting.
• "Player," "User," "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the helpswin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the helpswin platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a player's helpswin account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account under a helpswin promotion.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gambling activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a helpswin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of helpswin or any of its affiliated gaming partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or helpswin.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile number and government-issued identification.

helpswin reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any account that does not meet these eligibility criteria, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) helpswin account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3. Age Verification – 21+ Requirement

helpswin employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys, UMID, SSS, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to withdrawal restrictions and may be suspended pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed. All deposits and winnings associated with such accounts will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpswin login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your helpswin login details with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your helpswin account.
• You must notify helpswin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• helpswin is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the breach resulted from the player's failure to maintain credential security.

helpswin implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time fraud monitoring. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

helpswin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and participating InstaPay/PESONet-connected banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso).
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your helpswin wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• helpswin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. helpswin may require additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• helpswin reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, AML concerns, or bonus abuse is suspected pending investigation.

All transactions on helpswin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). helpswin is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

helpswin offers various promotions to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal offers tied to Philippine holidays and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the helpswin platform — including slots, WL Live dealer games, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters established by the respective game providers. These providers hold independent certifications for their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from recognized testing laboratories.

helpswin does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the live game's physical outcome (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) broadcast in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that renders a result void or indeterminate, the affected wager will be refunded to the player's helpswin wallet. helpswin's liability in such cases is limited to the amount of the original wager.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the helpswin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in live dealer, poker, or other multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the helpswin platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or exploited software errors will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of the platform to transact with proceeds of criminal activity.
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your helpswin account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or financial information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the helpswin platform — including but not limited to the helpswin brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, text content, and game assets (where licensed for display) — is the intellectual property of helpswin or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the helpswin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying helpswin content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpswin's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

helpswin is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings due to platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond helpswin's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from a player's violation of these Terms.

The helpswin platform is provided "as is" and helpswin makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted service availability, although helpswin commits to maintaining reasonable service levels consistent with industry standards.

11. Responsible Gaming

helpswin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools are available to every registered helpswin account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses per session, day, or week.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you've been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your own account access for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

helpswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Request by the player to close their own account (including self-exclusion requests).
• Direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.

Upon account termination for cause, helpswin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance and bonus funds. Where termination is initiated by the player without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

helpswin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating a helpswin account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through helpswin's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players are encouraged to first contact helpswin's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute. helpswin's support team will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to resolve standard account disputes within 7 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

helpswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notice displayed on the helpswin platform upon login, at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the helpswin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the helpswin platform and may request account closure.
